These units help protect against humidity using our large capacity de-humidifier and provide a consistent temperature inside the unit through its 12,000 BTU split AC system.
Features - These units are framed, insulated with Styrofoam, and paneled (walls and ceiling) with PVC board and have the following additional features:
- Built out of a 20’ container shell for security and strength.
- Overhead recessed LED lights.
- 12,000 BTU Split AC system.
- Full electrical hook-up including outlets and data junction boxes with pre-run conduit.*
- 50 pint de-humidifier rated for 5,000 sq ft area with auto-drip tube run through floor for drainage – you don’t have to worry about emptying out the bin.
- Full disconnect switch for electrical on outside and AC has separate disconnect switch for safety as well.
- Operable cargo container doors for ease of loading and unloading large or palletized items.
*Require a power source and a licensed electrician to complete the electrical hook-up.
