We play a small part in a lot of what happens in the VI, from supporting Government agencies, to assisting small businesses, storing construction material, and helping our local neighbors keep their things dry and secure.

The majority of our clients are on St. Thomas and St. John. We are working to expand over to St Croix and hope to have a strong presence on STX within the next year or two.

In 2006, Toby Slodden founded Storage On Site to help bring cost effective, safe, and practical storage to the people of the Virgin Islands. He had witnessed the extremely high pricing of self-storage facilities on island and knew that a better solution at a fair price was possible. From this, the company only grew. Soon his son Chris Slodden joined the firm and slowly learned the ropes from his dad. As we continued to grow we started to add additional products such as mobile offices. The hurricanes IRMA and MARIA were a true test of our products and we came out ahead. We now offer a variety of products from a simple storage unit, all the way up to the turn key design build of a 6,500+ sq ft government office space that survived IRMA and MARIA. We work with Local and Federal Government agencies, large private companies, hotels, small businesses, and our local residents. If you have driven on STT or STJ you most likely have seen one of our hundreds of units. We quietly play a small role in supporting much of the economic and governmental activity that takes place in the VI, either through our storage solutions or office space.
